Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled when you visit Templateca, contact us or buy a digital template or component. It covers Templateca’s activities; payment and hosting providers also publish their own privacy notices.
1. Who is responsible
The operator of Templateca and the controller responsible for the processing described here is Muzychenko Gennady Viktorovich, Russia. Contact: gennady.mzch@gmail.com. Where a service provider determines its own purposes and means of processing, it is responsible for those activities under its own notice.
2. Data used for checkout and delivery
Our checkout requests your email address, selected product, currency, payment method and any promo code. Some methods may also require your name or phone number. These details are sent through our Cloudflare-hosted checkout service to lava.top to create the payment session. Lava.top and the payment providers collect the payment details needed to complete the transaction on their own pages. Our checkout form does not request or receive your full payment-card number or card security code.
Purchase information, such as the product, order reference, payment status and purchase email, is used to deliver access, provide support, investigate payment issues and fulfil applicable record-keeping obligations. The remix link and access instructions are delivered using the email fulfilment configured in lava.top.
3. Contact and technical information
When you contact us, we process your email address and the information you choose to include, such as your name, project details and order reference. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information or payment credentials.
Requests to the website and checkout infrastructure involve technical information such as IP address, request time, browser and device information, and requested URLs. Our checkout uses the requesting IP address to limit excessive requests and protect the service. Hosting and payment providers may also maintain operational and security records under their own policies.
4. Purposes and legal grounds
We process order and contact data to take steps at your request, perform the purchase contract, deliver the product and resolve support requests. We process records where necessary to meet legal obligations, and technical information where necessary and lawful to protect the service and prevent abuse. Where applicable law requires consent for a particular activity, that consent must be obtained separately; purchasing does not by itself subscribe you to marketing. Where these legal bases are recognised by applicable data-protection law, we rely on contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests or consent as appropriate.
5. Service providers and disclosures
Framer provides the website platform and hosting. Cloudflare operates the infrastructure for our checkout endpoint and request protection. Lava.top and its payment providers handle the payment flow and configured access email. Email services are used to communicate with you. Information necessary for those functions is processed by the relevant provider. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We do not sell your checkout information.
Provider notices: Framer — https://www.framer.com/legal/privacy-statement/; Cloudflare — https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/; lava.top — https://lava.top/en/docs/policy.
6. International processing
Templateca is operated from Russia, and the providers used for hosting, payment and email may process information in other countries. Applicable transfer requirements and safeguards must be observed where required by law. Contact us for information about the processing relevant to your order and any applicable safeguards; each provider’s notice also explains its international processing.
7. Cookies and browser storage
Website, security and payment functionality may involve browser storage or cookies used by the relevant providers. Payment pages are separate services with their own cookie and privacy information. This Policy is not consent to optional advertising or analytics. Where optional tracking requires consent, it must be requested separately before that tracking is used. You can manage browser storage in your browser settings, although blocking necessary storage may affect service functionality.
8. Retention and security
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including delivery, support, required accounting records, fraud prevention and legal claims. The appropriate period depends on the record type, applicable legal requirements and whether an issue remains unresolved. Providers may retain their own records under their policies. Contact us about the retention applicable to your information.
We use HTTPS for checkout communications and keep the Lava API key on the server rather than in the customer’s browser. These measures reduce risk but do not guarantee absolute security. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details in a support message.
9. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy, or withdraw consent for processing based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully carried out. Some records may need to be retained despite a request. To exercise your rights, email gennady.mzch@gmail.com; we may request proportionate verification of your identity. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority where that right applies. Requests about a provider’s independent processing should also be addressed to that provider.
10. Updates
We may update this notice to reflect changes to the service or applicable requirements. The date shown on this page identifies the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated where required. Contact gennady.mzch@gmail.com with any privacy questions.
